It has been a long few weeks for my family, but hopefully we are on the upswing with my niece's health. She is now 3 weeks old and has infant reflux - but of course she does something most babies don't. Went Sophie eats and the food hits her throat she stops breathing. Yep - stops breathing, turns blue and has been in and out of hospital NICU's three times now. However, we think things are better and Auntie Brenda finally got to see her and hold her on Friday. Oh my little Angel.

One of my ex's brother's babies had that same thing. She was treated and it eventually worked itself out but it's frustrating for care givers to watch their little one suffer like that. And the worrying. BTW B, you look very sweet holding a baby on your shoulder...you'd make a fabulous mom. Hugs.
